Shipping Policy
Glow Devar, accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received, except for those requested as express as it has priority to meet delivery times. All orders are shipped from our office in Katy, Texas via USPS. Glow Devar ships to the 50 states of the American Union as well as Puerto Rico and follows the methods established by USPS.
- Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Orders requested with express shipping will be processed the next business day after payment is received. The day the order is shipped does not count as a day in transit.
- Orders confirmed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day and shipped 1 to 3 days later. USPS parcel delivery generally does not deliver on weekends.
- Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, the shipping process may extend 10 to 15 business days after payment is received.
- In case of contingency due to natural phenomena, health emergencies or situations beyond our control, the delivery period can be extended from 10 to 15 business days after receiving payment.
- International shipments take up to 20 business days to reach their destination and may take longer due to customs procedures.
- Any promotion that includes free shipping applies only to deliveries within the United States. Free shipping over $100.00 USD applies equally, only within the United States, any purchase generated that requires shipping to any other country is subject to payment of international shipping rates.
We currently do not ship to addresses that have APO or FPO. Orders that have a different shipping address than the billing address may be under review, in which case the customer may be contacted; This could delay shipping time. Glow Devar does not guarantee express shipping when an order is held for review.

Lost packages
If the postal service shows the shipment delivered to the address provided to us but it does not appear, the customer must request clarification from the post office closest to their address. Glow Devar will not be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if they were delivered to the correct address or the customer at the time of purchase enters the incorrect address, with missing information (building number, department, etc.) or misspelled.

Glow Devar offers free standard shipping, when the order amount value is $100USD or more, excluding taxes and any other offers or price adjustments. This offer is valid in the 48 contiguous states of the American Union; Not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and other territories including Guam, Samoa, Sitio Rico, Virgin Islands. Tariffs and Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes and any other fees charged once the package arrives in the destination country. Tariffs on products can vary widely depending on the product and the country that manufactures it. Other charges and duties may apply to products. Fees will not be refundable. Package tracking
For both national and international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package once the tracking number has been sent via SMS or email.
International orders are shipped by USPS and will be delivered by local affiliated offices. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation, the email will include the package tracking number. To track your package you just have to go to usps.com
Rejected Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
Tariffs, taxes and other extra customs charges that arise from the delivery of the package or return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be subtracted from the refund of the cost of your merchandise.
