Exchange and return policy
Our products are packaged and shipped correctly and with love to guarantee that they arrive in perfect condition, however, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping and that is why we have the following return policies:
1.Return of a product is only accepted if it arrives to the customer damaged, physically damaged, or the order we sent is incorrect, in these previous cases it will be replaced with the same one at no shipping cost. The customer must send us a photograph of the merchandise received. There is no refund.
2.Once mailed and the customer receives their tracking number, the package is not the responsibility of GLOW DEVAR. If you do not receive your package, contact the USPS and verify the whereabouts of your package with their tracking number.
*There are times that due to the atmospheric pressure when the products travel, an air gap forms in them, that is not defective, simply when you open it it will return to normal and look perfect.
